4. Pricing and invoicing
- Prices for managed bookings are those displayed at the moment of confirmation. Discounts agreed with SpaceHub sales staff are recorded against the Customer account.

Bookings remain in awaiting payment until the corresponding payment is confirmed by the SpaceHub finance team. Standard terms are net 14 days from invoice date unless a different term is agreed in writing.
6. Cancellation and changes
- Cancellation policies are set per space and per booking and are visible on each listing.
- Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current paid period; no pro-rata refund is issued.
- Long-term arrangements follow the cancellation terms set in the bespoke agreement.
7. Acceptable use
The Customer agrees not to use SpaceHub for any unlawful purpose, not to share login credentials externally, and not to attempt to extract bulk data from the platform. SpaceHub may suspend any account whose use threatens platform integrity or other users.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties undertake to keep confidential any non-public information shared in connection with these Conditions, including pricing, booking patterns, and security configurations. See our Confidentiality Policy for details.
9. Data protection
Personal data of the Customer’s representatives is processed in accordance with the Mauritius Data Protection Act 2017. See our Data Protection Policy and Data Subject Rights page.

SpaceHub’s aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Conditions is limited to the total amount paid by the Customer to SpaceHub in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profit or opportunity.
11. Force majeure
Neither party is liable for failure to perform caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, cyclones, public-health emergencies, civil unrest, or government action, provided the affected party promptly informs the other and mitigates the impact.
