Business information

Information you share during the booking process — including company details, VAT numbers, meeting agendas, attendee names and any files uploaded — is treated as confidential and used only to fulfil your booking.

Owner obligations

Space Owners who receive Client information through SpaceHub agree to use it solely for the purpose of hosting the booking. Direct solicitation, data retention beyond the booking, or sharing with third parties is a breach of these conditions and grounds for account termination.

Virtual office clients

For Virtual Office clients, mail handling and address registration are performed under strict confidentiality. Mail contents are not opened except where specifically requested (e.g. scanning service).

Dispute handling

In the course of dispute resolution, SpaceHub staff may review messages and booking records between parties. Such review is limited to staff directly involved in the dispute.
