General Conditions of Use

1. Introduction

These General Conditions govern your use of SpaceHub, a platform operated by SpaceHub Ltd (“SpaceHub”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the platform you accept these terms.

2. Account types

Accounts are of two types: Client (books spaces) and Owner (lists spaces, subject to verification by SpaceHub). You may not misrepresent your identity or account type.

3. Booking and payment

All bookings, payments and communications between Clients and Owners must be conducted through the SpaceHub platform. Direct off-platform contact or payments are strictly prohibited.

4. Cancellations

Cancellation policies are set per space and displayed on each listing. Refunds are processed through the original payment method.

5. Prohibited use

You may not use SpaceHub for illegal activities, to list spaces you do not have the right to list, or to harass other users. SpaceHub reserves the right to suspend any account violating these terms.

6. Liability

SpaceHub facilitates bookings between independent parties. We are not responsible for the condition of spaces, disputes between Client and Owner, or incidents during a booking, though we provide a dispute resolution mechanism.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Mauritius.
