Common questions
Can I get a corporate VAT invoice for my booking?
Yes. Every confirmed booking comes with a VAT-inclusive invoice (15% VAT) addressed to the company name on your SpaceHub account. The PDF is downloadable from "My bookings" and emailed to the booker.
Do you offer monthly billing for high-volume teams?
Yes. Companies running 10+ bookings per month can switch to monthly invoicing instead of per-booking payment. Contact us via the For Business page to set up an account agreement.
Can multiple team members book under one company account?
Yes. Add team members to your SpaceHub for Business account — they book against the shared monthly invoice without re-entering payment details each time.
Do you handle off-site events or team buildings?
