This policy explains what cookies and similar storage technologies SpaceHub Ltd (“SpaceHub”, “we”) uses at spacehub.mu, why we use them, and how you can change your preferences at any time.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your browser. We also use closely-related technologies — localStorage and sessionStorage— for the same purposes. Where this policy says “cookies”, treat it as covering all of these.

3. Categories explained
- Strictly necessary. Without these the platform doesn’t work — you can’t sign in, complete a booking, or protect a form from cross-site requests. These cannot be disabled.
- Preferences. Remember your theme and language so you don’t have to set them again. You can decline these and the site still works; you’ll just see defaults each visit.
- Analytics. Help us understand which pages are useful and where users get stuck. Off by default; only enabled if you accept analytics in the cookie banner.
4. Change your preferences
You can change which categories you accept at any time.
5. Third-party cookies
Analytics cookies are set by Google (GA4) and Microsoft (Clarity). We never share your personally-identifying information with them; we send only de-identified event data. Both providers act as our data processors under contract.
6. Your rights under the Mauritius DPA 2017
You have the right to withdraw consent at any time. Contact our Data Protection Officer at dpo@spacehub.mu to exercise this or any other data-subject right (see our Data Protection page).
7. Changes
We update this policy whenever we add or remove a cookie. The effective date at the top reflects the current version.
